Even though I’ve been waking up early for well over a year, there still isn’t a day that goes by where I initially resist getting up. I just don’t feel like getting up. I’m sure you can relate.
This first Mel Robbins’ quote, in particular, is a great reminder that it doesn’t matter how you feel. It only matters how you act.
Because I always remember this quote, I get up early with no issues, a few seconds after I hear the alarm. Yeah, I’m kind of tired most of the time when I wake up, but I get over it within a couple of minutes. Then I go about the rest of my day very productively! Thanks, Mel. 🙂

The reason I finally started waking up early consistently wasn’t that I suddenly figured out how to wake up early. I knew how to wake up early all along. I just hadn’t made the decision to actually do it.
The process of how to wake up early is pretty darn simple: Set your alarm for an early time, and when the alarm goes off, get out of bed, turn off the alarm, and start your day.
